| Description | CNOT7, is a ubiquitous transcription factor. It is a component of the CCR4 complex which functions as a general transcription regulation complex. CNOT7 also binds to an anti-proliferative protein, B-cell translocation protein 1 (BTG1), which negatively regulates cell proliferation. Source: Recombinant corresponding to aa1-248 from mouse CNOT7, fused to His-tag at N-terminal expressed in E.coli. This product is recommended for use in applications that do not require a catalytically active form of the protein. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. | ||
