| Description | Human AE binding protein 2 (AEBP2), GenBank Accession No. NM_153207, a.a.2-503 (end) with N-terminal His-tag, MW=53.6kD, expressed in Sf9 cells via a baculovirus expression system. *Protein runs aberrantly in SDS-PAGE gels, and has been confirmed by Western blotting. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa2-503 from human AEBP2 at N-terminal, fused to His-tag expressed in baculovirus expression system. Molecular Weight: ~53.6kD Application: Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. | ||
