| Description | EAF1 belongs to the EAF family and is strongly expressed in heart, brain, placenta, lung, liver, skeletal muscle, kidney, pancreas, spleen, prostate, testis, small intestine and colon. This protein acts as a transcriptional transactivator of ELL and ELL2 elongation activities. Source: Recombinant corresponding to aa182-268 from human EAF1 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, expressed in E.coli. Molecular Weight: ~11.3kD (110aa), confirmed by MALDI-TOF Applications: Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. | ||
