| Description | Recombinant protein corresponding to aa135-242 from human Bromodomain containing 9, from a single bromodomain fused to N-terminal His-tag, expressed in E. coli. Molecular Weight: ~13.4kD Applications: Suitable for use in the study of bromodomain binding assays, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. | ||
