| Description | Basic transcription factor 3, also known as BTF3, forms a stable complex with RNA polymerase II. This protein is required for the initiation of transcription. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-209 of human BTF3, fused to His-tag at N-terminal expressed in E. coli.
