| Description | Location: 15aa from towards the C-terminus of human TRIM5a (1). Application: The peptide is used for blocking the activity of the TRIM5a (IN1) antibody. Incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37°C usually completely blocks the antibody activity in Western blot. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. | ||
