Description			SNAI2, also known as Zinc finger protein SNAI2, acts as a transcriptional repressor that binds to E-box motifs and is also likely to repress E-cadherin transcription in breast carcinoma. SNAI2 is involved in epithelial-mesenchymal transitions and has antiapoptotic activity. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-268 of human SNAI2, fused to His-tag at N-terminal expressed in E. coli.
