| Description | ZCCHC17, also known as pNO40 or PS1D, is a 241aa protein that interacts with both Pinin and the 60S ribosomal subunit. Localizing to nucleolus, ZCCHC17 is ubiquitously expressed and has been suggested to play a role in ribosome maturation and biogenesis. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-241 from human ZCCHC17, fused to His-tag at N-terminal expressed in E. coli.
